RP Connectivity Service is the backbone infrastructure providing the reliable link between Robots and ControlStations. It delivers continuous 24X7 monitoring of every robot allowing for real-time, immediate quality control and maximum uptime.
Unlike traditional telemedicine equipment, the RP-7® Remote Presence solution includes the RP Connectivity Service. This ensures that the robot is a standalone system and that the hospital does not need to add onsite engineers to support the technology.
Service, support, license fees and software enhancements are all included in the RP Connectivity Service.
