Mr. Henley is Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Oracle Corporation. He has been a member of Oracle's Board of Directors since June 1995, serves on Oracle's Executive Management Committee and is also an Executive Vice President of the Company. Prior to joining Oracle in 1991, Mr. Henley served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Pacific Holding Company, a privately-held company with diversified interests in manufacturing and real estate, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Saga Corp., a multi-billion dollar food service company. He also served as Director of Finance at Memorex Corp. in its large storage division, and as Controller of International Operations at Fairchild Camera and Instruments. Mr. Henley holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a M.B.A. in finance from UCLA. He is also a National Trustee of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
