ANTHONY RADAICH JOINS INTOUCH HEALTH BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Santa Barbara, CA, April 29, 2008 - InTouch Technologies, Inc (d.b.a. InTouch Health®), the world leader in Remote Presence health care solutions, announced today the addition of Anthony E. Radaich to its Board of Directors. Mr. Radaich will serve as an independent director and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Radaich has extensive experience with public and private companies including numerous initial public offerings. He is a retired partner of Ernst & Young, LLP and Arthur Andersen, LLP, where he worked as an audit assurance partner with many clients in both the technology and healthcare industry, and served in various management capacities.
