Product Specialist - Account Manager

Provides “on-customer-site” clinical/technical/training and product support for pre-sales demonstrations of our robotic Remote Presence telecommunications system.

Responsibilities:
* Installs computer-based Telemedicine Robot into hospital environments.
* Provides technical & user training for IT personnel and physicians.
* Provides clinical and technical product support for sales demonstrations.
* Loads Robot and equipment into a vehicle, drives and installs equipment for demonstrations.
* Interfaces with physicians, hospital executives, IT staff and other personnel.
* Promotes adoption, utilization and expansion of product at customer sites.
* Takes off-hour calls, for 1 week every quarter.
* Works closely with region sales team to develop account relationships,
* Manages all aspects of customer site implementation, training, in-servicing, day-to-day operational and logistics
   issues and ongoing utilization.

Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
* Strong background in computers, networks, wireless networking, and security protocols.
* Able to project a high level of confidence with all levels of hospital leadership.
* Comfortable with taking direction, as well as being in a position of leadership.
* Strong organization, project management, time management and computer skills.
* Up to 90% travel in assigned region required.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, technical or business related area.
* Prefer 3+ years experience in healthcare field with background in technical sales support, projects coordination,
   healthcare IT or wireless infrastructure.
