Analyst
The Analyst implements and performs defined and ad-hoc financial analysis, modeling and reporting.
Responsibilities:
* Sales analysis
* Customer analysis
* Operating metrics and management reports
* Develops systems / processes to support operating metric requirements.
* Ongoing cash and revenue forecasts
* Corporate budgeting / interim forecasting
* Operating expense analysis to support key operating metrics
* Develops ad-hoc financial models in support of functional management.
* Conducts financial valuations as required.
* Industry, market and competitive analysis as required
Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
* Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
* Strong modeling abilities and an ability to understand the company's value proposition
* Fundamental understanding of accounting and finance in a manufacturing, sales and distribution environment
* Experience with Great Plains accounting software and FRx Reporting a plus
* Experience with budgeting and related financial processes
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities
* Team Player
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus
* 2 -5 years of financial planning & analysis experience
