Santa Barbara, CA, November 14, 2011 - InTouch Technologies®, Inc, (d.b.a. InTouch Health®) announced today that Stephen L. Wilson has joined the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Wilson has over 35 years of experience, including 20 years in the medical technology industry, and has been a Chief Financial Officer of publicly held or pre-public med-tech companies since 1990. Mr. Wilson was the Chief Financial Officer of St. Jude Medical, Inc., which transitioned from $150 million to $1 billion in revenue during his tenure at the company from 1990 to 1997. As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, he played a key role in the initial public offerings of both Computer Motion, Inc., in 1997, which subsequently merged with Intuitive Surgical, Inc., and Sonic Innovations, Inc., in 2000, which grew from a pre-revenue to $125 million revenue company during his tenure. Most recently, Mr. Wilson was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Den-Mat Holdings, LLC.
